Lots of recent trash from stripped out wire cables being left out on the floor all I g path under the power line at the end of Royal Hills drive just past the homemade shelters Appears numerous wires have been stepped and the plastic casing left out

Lots more garbage being dumped around the numerous new homeless encampments behind the shadow hawk subdivision on the Renton park property There is trash being dumped all over including in the river and fires can be seen at night in the woods

Multiple bags of trash and debris along the trail in the woods Entrance is off royal hills drive SE and before Harrington's place Tried to circle the initial access and direction of travel Follow the trail along past the old power line towers and it works its way toward the cedar river dog park Multiple locations of train dumps and it appears someone may be living further down the trail as I was told to "get away" while walking my dog I believe this is on the cedar river trail park section so listed it as city property Please correct if I am
Mistaken

Encampment in the ravine just about 100 yards past the end of SE 12th street off the right of way At least two large teams and a third structure being assembled with scrap wood and tarps Trash present and increasing in volume and piles of firewood The open fire noted poses a risk of a forest fire

To reach the encampment, park in the cul de sac at the end of SE 12th street, proceed 100 yards past the fence along the PSE right of way until you arrive at the left tower near the woods Enter the woods on the left and the encampment is in the ravine and spreads further down towards the cedar river i

Just off the right of way there is a stripped down vehicle and three abandon vehicles in the woods.

There may be people living in the other two vehicles.
