    Almost every day truck and or truck and trailer in the front yard many times has to go over neighbors yard to get out
    He has made it clear he gonna do what he wants.
    And he’s gonna start the truck at 4 AM and let it idle with the exhaust, facing the neighbors house with no catalytic converter or muffler, shaking everything before he decides to pull off

    All of us homeowners have to deal with this clear, kind of violation and really nasty attitude
    I don’t wanna do this
    But he can’t do this
    The trailer is over 8 1/2 feet wide besides the yard parking it cannot be here

    Still has commercial dump trailer over 8 1/2 feet wide again city ordinance anywhere on these properties also parking a Dooley pick up truck with all emissions control devices removed starting it up at 4 AM and disturbing all the neighbors parking on curbs driving over neighbors yards

    This is now everyday . This truck and trailer live here. Not part of neighbor building new house and literally drives this truck and trailer over neighbors yards to get in and out.

    The Dooley pick up truck, which has all emission controls and straight exhaust that starts every morning at 4 AM disturbing the whole neighborhood continuously parks like this to defend his front yard parking with no driveway
