Notified About

  • 5 Parkview Pl Ann Arbor, MI, 48103, USA - Ann Arbor
West Park Pond is a mess. Despite all the rain we've had, the pond is drying up. It's mucky, wildlife is leaving and it looks very stressed. Please determine the problem and work toward a fix. Engage the community if you need help cleaning it up and restoring health to this great eco-system and very popular place for people of all ages.

As other folks have reported the intersection of Fountain and Felch is a problem. The cars traveling on Fountain have a stop but those on Felch do not, because of cars parked along Felch it is extremely difficult for cars traveling south on Fountain to see cross traffic on Felch. Would it be possible to make this a four way stop?

This intersection needs a 4-way stop or a "cross-traffic does not stop" on Fountain stop signs. I drove through Fletch yesterday and was nearly hit be someone speeding through the stop sign. It is very dangerous and there have been many comments on it already. Please fix it before someone is injured or worse.

Great property owners finally (we're made to) acknowledge that this corner has become a serious danger with the vagrancy, stabbings, gunshots and drugs Any one time over 20 people in various stages of consciousness laying on the porches Finally a fence was erected Riddle me this, ( as I sit at a stoplight watching) why is the gate open? Is this Ann Arbor's new affordable housing gated community? Or Liberty Plaza 2.0? It's not only a blight (as people rolling to town this way) but the vagrancy is well entrenched and growing City Council waiting for more violence to actually do anything about it? Erecting a fence, and leaving the gates wide open is incomprehensible Honestly Stop pairing all the pretty green (and extremely slippery when wet) bike and crosswalk paths and actually use money to clean up the city

The baseball diamond at Hunt Park needs some attention. See photo. #1: the chain link at the bottom center of the backstop needs to be pulled down and reattached. #2: the limbs that have grown up through the right side of the backstop should be removed. #3: the rock that is behind the right side of the backstop should be moved or removed. #4: there is a low spot running from home plate where water collects after each rain that should be filled in or raised.

Tables too big, combined with obstructive decorative plants in pots narrow the sidewalk below the legal width. Repeat offender, please remove and fine business

4 way stop signs are becoming more prevalent when not needed. Many streets are recognized as the main thoroughfare and should not have a stop sign. Increasing the number of stop signs only increase motor vehicle inefficiencies.

The number of "No Right Turn on Red" signs have increased. Recommend their removal unless oncoming traffic is visually obscured creating a dangerous environment. Otherwise these signs increase vehicular inefficiences by having cars idling at intersections when they could be in motion.

This is a very dangerous intersection and numerous pedestrians have nearly been struck by cars who do not yield in the cross walks Many have asked the DDA to make the Kingsley/Ashley intersection a 4 way stop, like every other intersection on Ashley Please do the right thing and help increase safety in an area with lots of kids/pets and pedestrians Kingsley is a huge cut through and cars speed on it all the time at high speeds to avoid Main Street This is a neighborhood street. If you don't do something about it you are simply being obtuse and reckless

A sign appeared in the last day or two on both the women's and men's restroom doors at the Hunt Park shelter that reads "Due to Recent vandalism the restrooms will be unavailable for use." I'm requesting that the restrooms be fixed and made available for use.

I don't think all users of Hunt Park should be punished for vandalism by unknown people who may or may not live in the neighborhood. There are drinking fountains in the rest rooms that should be available to kids and adults playing soccer, tennis, or basketball in the park, particularly in the heat of August. In the heat of summer this is a health and safety issue.

The drinking fountain on the outside of the shelter has been covered over with a black trash bag for several weeks, so there is no drinking water available anywhere at Hunt Park now. Also within the last day or two a sign appeared over the outside drinking fountain that reads "Due To sand blocking the drain the drinker will be unavailable for use." Can't the sand be removed and the drinking fountain be put back into use? Can't a different drain cover that is less likely to allow sand and dirt to block the drain be installed?

If the vandalism occurs at night, perhaps fixing the two lights on the outside of the shelter could help reduce the problem. The lights haven't been working all season. They have been reported elsewhere on See Click Fix, but no action or a reply has occurred.

This corner looks like absolute garbage. Burnt-put building on wide side, two abandoned buildings on the other, open trespasser fence, and knee-high grass. If it were anyone else, the Dept of Community Standards would be out there twice a day. Why isn’t Fairfield being made to take care of their property?

Take your pick on this one. Appliances in yard, overgrown yard and extension.
