At the termination of Clearwater Drive, 21015 the developers at Monarch Glen have completed work on an emergency access road which now connects the Fairway development with the new Monarch Glen development. A barrier is supposed to be erected to block this communication. This has not yet occurred and now unauthorized vehicles are using this access to get into the Fairway community, tracking construction dirt onto Clearwater drive and subsequently an erosion and sediment issue at the storm drain nearby. Please work with the new developer of Monarch Glen to get the promised barrier erected as soon as possible.

The residence at 611 Plumtree is a pigsty with a backhoe, semi-tractor, vehicle on stands, old RV, etc., etc.

My community has not been plowed once. My wife had a baby and we can't go home because the streets are full of snow. My daughters are stuck at home with relatives and can't get out either. Please plow our streets at least once tonight.

The road terminating at Clearwater Drive has been opened to the new Monarch Glen development. This communication is only to be used for emergency access. As you can see by the photograph, the "Road Closed" sign is not effective. A vehicle illegally drove from Monarch Glen into the Fairway community and tracked mud onto the road which now will drain sediment into our storm drains.

There is a pothole in the right turn lane from Joppa Farm Rd. going to Shore Drive. It will eat the front right tire if you are not able to swerve out of the way quickly.

My street has not been touched one bit. I need to go and get my child that had been stranded at a family members house. I am also a nurse and my husband is government and we need to get to our jobs. This is unbelievable that we are never plowed till 3 to 5 days later.

The barrier placed at the termination of Clearwater Drive between the Fairway community and Monarch Glen is not sufficient to stop all terrain vehicles and other non-licensed vehicles from accessing the closed road, once again causing dirt to be tracked onto our roads in the Fairway community and causing soil erosion to wash into our drains. Please create a more permanant barrier so that these vehicles cannot travel into our neighborhood.

It is now Tuesday at 11:50am and Eden Court (cul-de-sac) has not been plowed at all. I am very frustrated, as I reported this last night and this morning and have received a response that you plan on plowing a one way path by noon. That has not happened. What is your plan?! Please help us, we have been patient but people are missing work today and doctor appointments today. It is also a safety issue. If there was an emergency, traffic would have no way to get in or out. I know people are working hard to help, but connecting streets to us have had multiple plows help all morning and Eden Court has had no help at all!
