This isn't a pothole, but it was the best choice for description. When, oh when, is the horrific raised asphalt on the SB side of the rail road tracks going to be fixed. Even going Very Slowly over it, my car is jostled around to the point that groceries spilled all over the back seat of the car. This is dangerous and particularly so for a drive who doesn't expect to be thrown around, nearly into the adjacent lane. What is the timeline for fixing this?

Corner of garwood and glenwood, there's always lots of junk dumped by the "donation" box. Why is the box there and can it be removed? It seems to just attract illegal dumping

The #1 lane (Far left lane) on Eastbound Ravenswood Ave. from El Camino before the train tracks is in terrible shape and very uneven. There's literally no speed (5-10mph -25mph) that you can be in that lane without your car being tossed from side to side because of the road surface, presumably from tree roots under the pavement. Is it possible to level this? I've been a resident for 10+ years and feels like this is always patched but never fixed.

This dumpster has been reported multiple times. It is obvious that it is too small for this mixed use residential/commercial property.
It is consistently overflowing with garbage in and around the street. Even after being picked up by waste management, garbage is left on the road as a result of overflow.
This is an eyesore and a sanitary issue. The garbage flows down the street during rainy season and promotes illegal dumping here.
This issue needs to be addressed. Having 2 pick ups per week has been mentioned, and is NOT sufficient and not addressing the issue. This is an issue affecting all of the neighbors and visitors who drive and walk by 6th Avenue.

Hillview School bicycle traffic before and after school is very dangerous. I encourage bike riding but having students ride on opposite sides of the road and on sidewalks is going to end up in an accident. The are 9 or 10 streets that come out on Santa Cruz Ave. Many drivers are looking left first when coming to a stop and when it is clear, they accelerate. A bicyclist going in the wrong direction in the bike lane or sidewalk could be struck. I encourage your department to go to the school, educate the students, and enforce for a day or two. This would easily solve, what could be a disaterous situation. Thank you for your attention on this matter. John Worthing

Hello. There is a person everyday using the corner of Santa Cruz and Doyle, in front of the Bank of America Building, as his office. He is hooking up to the public electrical outlet to charge his phone and computer. At 830pm on 8/8, the attached pictures show that he left 3 large water containers, his electrical charger, plastic fold up table and other items. How can this be allowed? This is essentially an encampment. What are your thoughts?

Construction traffic is blocking both lanes of through traffic on Merrill Street. Trucks are parked on the road without a driver to move the trucks when needed. No traffic coordinator is visible and this is a huge safety hazard. Just now a large dump truck parked in the middle of the road with the other half taken up with a huge pile of asphalt. The cars couldn't go through and the truck wouldn't move so the cars had to back out of the way. This is a huge safety hazard. Driveways into the residential condos are routinely blocked.
