weeds out of control, affecting sidewalk and pedestrian passage

Caller advised the property west of her address at 3131 N Fontana has become a gathering place for homeless. Caller advised it is a vacant lot and she does not know the property owner but some homeless have set up tents on the property. The address shows to be 3142 N Estrella on the CAD map.

I've been reporting these potholes since DECEMBER 2023!! YOU keep closing my request!!!! Do you not see!? There are giant potholes blocking the road!!!!! How many times do I have to report it!? I report it multiple times a week!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Where is my tax money going!? Why is it okay for you to keep unlawfully silence reports!? What do I have to do to get these damn potholes filled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????

I've tried reaching out to the owner of this house nextdoor and I don't know if it's even getting to him His name is David Segerstrom The grass is overgrown there's a collection of junk in the backyard and the open gate is just more evidence, in addition to the increasing number of bedrolls stored by the A/C unit, that the homeless are beginning to camp back there.,,.

House being built north of house on corner. No posted permits noted. Very little space around both houses. Once again, Tucson Clean and Beautiful at its best. Where’s the permits? How is this legal???

This vacant burned down home has a rotting smell that I cannot handle anymore. Something has died on the property and need someone to clear out this house to find what it is. I cannot even water my plants without holding up my shirt over my nose from the smell. Thanks

Nuisance property. Homeless/junkies come in and out of property at all hours of the day, As well as heavy vehicle traffic. Suspect residents son is dealing drugs from property. Have found drug paraphernalia littered on street. Homeless coming and going from home stealing and trespassing from neighboring homes.

Caller advised property is abandoned and power / water is cut off. Caller advised homeless use property to do drugs/prostitution and leave their trash behind when they leave. Caller advised there is trash strewn about the front/back yard and the location attracts more and more foot traffic.

This property has been issued several violations by the Midvale Park Homeowners Association HOA and they have continued to ignore them. The carport is full of construction materials, an old boat and other misc debris. The back yard is a jungle and junkyard that has not been touched in years.

This property is owned by Tucson Water. A resident reports that there are a couple of small, dead trees on the property perimeter that should be removed. Please submit to Tucson Water for referral to Brightview Landscaping.
