    There is a wire or something tied around the power lines that cross over the street here. This wire is tying the lines together but the end of it is hanging down. This looks like a very poor job of trying to get the bottom line off the ground a little more. Is the wire hanging down dangerous? It appears to me that it is possible that it is hot (electrified) since it is touching several lines. It is hanging down far enough where tall vehicles could possibly touch it.

The City advised homeowners around 1 PM that they would have someone out immediately, but no one came. Now, homeowners are reporting glass in tires and in pets' paws. This is in the Townes of Long Lake Community reported by PPM after hours on call manager per homeowner complaints.
