We have reported to UI branches on power lines on Emerson St. - not taken care of. We have reported low hanging power lines on Pelham. UI did not fix. What does it take to get UI to take care of its customers?

Has it occurred to you that maybe they're not UI wires? The phone and cable companies also hang wires from the same poles.
