It's winter. Vallejo isn't towing the abandoned cars anyway. Let the poor man be.

They are suppose to have a sweep soon, report the car to PD so it can get picked up...Not this app they don’t pick up cars

FIX means more than evict the man, and tow the car. FIX also doesn't mean leave him alone to live on the street, and sleep in a car. He needs proper accommodation, hot food, decent toilet facilities, fresh clothes, and maybe medical care. That's the kind of FIX I vote for.

Not everyone wants that kind of fix! And not everyone is willing to go through programs! But I’m sure he would love to live in front of your home in his broke car lol
