Several of the sprinklers have been overgrown by the grass which effects how well they spray. as a result there are brown areas that need care. You can see that the sprinklers are being blocked as the grass is pushed back

And to Justine: The City of Vallejo forced the Cabana Isle HOA to turn over all landscaping, etc to the City and we have been paying the City instead of landsapers since at least 2007. The situation out here has gone from bad, to worse, to dismal. The outer area along Catalina Circle appears that the City has completely stopped and it's in terrible condition now. I have been complaining and will escalate.
