Description
Homeless woman still living in white mini van parked on the corner of Aden Street & Parrott Street (directly on the side of 38 Parrott). Photo was taken today and while investigating the surrounding area smells of urine & feces. There is a multitude of garbage/trash/debri surrounding all areas of this mini van as well.
