Description

Tree branches and ivy above chain link fence over pedestrian sidewalk over 580 between MacArthur and Wesley closer to Wesley are totally obstructing the street light from lighting the sidewalk for pedestrians. it is extremely dark and dangerous walking over at the last stretch of sidewalk above the freeway and when this section ends and you are on the sidewalk just before Wesley there are also a lot of branches blocking the lights from lighting the sidewalk on the downhill section before Wesley.
