Description

In July the city sent workers out to check the sewer line in the street that has been backed up several times in the last year. The workers said that they had to cut the street open to investigate. They thought that the support on the PG&E pull adjacent had penetrated and broken the pipe under the street. You can see in the photo the cuts they made that are going to lead to more rapid deterioration of the street and there is a lot of deterioration already in this area and low spots. They need to return and repave this section of Hillgirt Circle. They should be embarrassed that they jumped to start cutting the street and then never returned to do anything. I told them that that means sewer line has been clogged several times. I do not believe that PG&E would install their pole supports through the sidewalk and through the sewer pipes.
