the sprinklers around the Avalon circle park are set too high...they are watering the street and wasting water. they also are soaking our new mail boxes. Please adjust

Many of the plants around Catalina circle off Catalina Way seem to be not getting sufficient water. many are dead and other areas need weeding. This is a lovely area that needs attention

The lamp post, facing Avalon Way near the tennis courts has aqua colored graffiti, also the manhole cover near the lamp post

I have reported this area before but nothing was done. The area in question is on Meadows Drive. There is a fenced in area by 405-407 Meadows, the trash is near a stop sign. Several friends cleaned up 700lbs of trash off of Meadows in January but we did not get to this spot. Someone may be sleeping there as there are blankets. The trash is on the left side of the fence and in back of it
