    We have had our recycle bin FULL and waiting curbside for 10 days now. I requested a 2nd garbage can IN OCTOBER, but you have disregarded entirely without even so much as a response, and now you won't pick up recycling. Please let me know if you would prefer we just dump everything in the street.
