Trash overflowing. And appears to be a bee or wasp nest in the very near vicinity of this trashcan. They are quite aggressive. Multiple dogs and children have been stung/bitten walking on the path to and from school. I’ve been watching it for five minutes and cannot seem to locate a nest source. Does not appear to be in the trashcan itself but I cannot exactly tell.

conversation with a resident today about her lack of ability to cross from the North side of Terra Linda, walking, to the Mall or to CVS because of all the work being done from the truck accident. She’s very upset that she doesn’t have a way to cross the street without walking quite an extra distance.

Please fix the many potholes and rough road on Miracle Mile just west of Ross road. It is dangerously rough for both cars and bikes. I noticed it has been reported in the past.

Resident called saying she needs an engineer to come out and take look at how much water is coming onto her property. She's lost 2 trees because of excessive erosion due to water traveling to her her property in excess. She said it's a private lot and we would need to arrange a time to meet with her because there is no public access.

Resident came in and reported illegal dumping of furniture and had complaints about the attraction of unhoused residents as a result of the furniture.

Email rec'd from resident 1/26/2024: "Potential Storm Pipe Issue. Roadway has deformed following path of storm sewer pipe. Excess sinking of roadway and our adjacent front yard and home have shifted as well. Thank you. "

The traffic light at Bellam Blvd. off of the 580 exit southbound or I guess that would be eastbound. it's the same exit that you would hit if you were taking the exit. Or in the canal headed northbound on the 101 and it flips around that traffic light is the green light is lasting all of like a second or two. Only a car or two can get through before it turns yellow and then red. I was the third car in a row and it was, it was red by the time I was in the middle of the intersection. So I don't know if that's the rain or something, but somebody to look at that you're gonna have traffic backed up pretty damn quick.

The tree canopy is obscuring the streetlight from providing light to a portion of Bungalow Ave.

drain in front of this property is backing up and bubbling over into the street and gutter. Can someone go out and take a look?

One of my inquiries did that back in September, received the automatic acknowledgment, but not any follow up.
