Unfortunately this is true. Apparently Lowe's paid for an upgraded signal. Solano college (located next to Lowe's)students are running the stop light at the campus. This is because SCC does not have an upgraded light and the cars back up into the lot and no one can move. I have waited over 7 minutes for this light to change, while Lowe's customers have a green light the second someone rolls up to it. Someone is going to get killed running the SCC light.

Where's the action on this? Columbus parkway is a major thoroughfare. It is dangerous to have this small store exit take priority.

The new Wavetronic traffic detection was installed at the SCC exit. The Lowe's issue is still being evaluated.
