This is the 4th request to get this fixed. Today there was almost an accident when a car swerved to hit miss the pothole. If my vehicle is damaged I will be suing the city of Vallejo because it will be due to negligence on their part. There has been ample time to repair these potholes and the city of Vallejo has neglected to do so in a timely manner. There are many potholes along Mariposa street. However the largest and deepest ones are right at the stoplight on the corner of Mariposa and Tennessee Street. Any further delay in fixing these potholes will result in damage to my vehicle and other vehicles. And there will be no other recourse at our hand other than to file a class action lawsuit for neglect and unsafe conditions on the part of The City of Vallejo.
