Bishop Rd. and White Rd. intersection doesn't need a traffic light, it needs to be clear of anything causing the Bishop traffic flow from stopping. The traffic is horrible during the rush hours, so bad that you can't even prepare for it. It always causes everyone to run behind schedule.
The Bishop Rd. half of the intersection, should instead, have a flashing yellow light hanging above for both sides of the traffic flow at the intersection. The White Rd. half of the intersection should have a flashing red light hanging above both sides of the traffic flow at the intersection, signaling a stop sign, and having stop signs placed with "Cross traffic does not stop" warnings below the signs.

Figure I might as well write a comment each time I witness people running the stop sign when I am at the intersection of White and Bishop. Happened again today at about 11:10AM, no traffic trying to get to work, just a young lady with a convertible and a phone up to her ear who ran the stop sign. Thank goodness I was paying attention.
I have seen the police twice sitting on White facing the intersection going west.(They may have been there more often, but that is all I have seen them. We, the concerned citizens, are not interested in you ticketing people who don't stop, we want a flashing light or better signage so that people KNOW THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO STOP.
