Description

The stop light that is currently at the intersection of Albemarle Rd and Circumferential Rd. does not currently have a left turn arrow. Traffic on Albemarle Rd. is heavy enough that often no one can make a turn onto Circumferential before the light has changed red, causing many people to run the yellow or red light in order to make this turn. There has been several accidents at this intersection, and I believe that one has even resulted in death. The left turn at this intersection leads to two major shopping centers and a neighborhood and is used frequently. Please see if a turn arrow can be added to the existing traffic light. Thank you
