A boat on a trailer with flat tires and blocked, is parked on Maple near Irwin with no license plate on trailer. Saw a CF number on the side of the boat, think it is CF8868 (?) but that's the only identifier. Has been sitting on the street at least a week. Raises safety issues as it seems to be a wide nonfunctional object on a public street. The boat looks pretty rough.
