ivy hill park is truly one of the nastiest parks I been to. the park is always dirty there is trash all over the park. there are died mouses under the slides. the tuff is lifting up. there are rubber pieces from the tuff laying around the park. No one cleans the park. the slides swings are filthy. I never see the park staff in sight. there are homeless people all over the park l. how is that safe for children in the park.
