Thank you for this request. The city is aware of the issue you are describing and is actively working towards a resolution. Homelessness is a complex problem with no single solution. Coordination among city departments and outside agencies is utilized to try and achieve the best possible outcomes for both the unhoused population and Renton citizens. These processes can take some time and you may not see immediate action. For the other activity you are witnessing we encourage you to call 911 at time it is occurring.
