Pizzicato is blocking the sidewalk on Market street.
There is less than 3' clear width remaining for pedestrian passage. This is a clear violation of city ordinance requiring (I believe half the width of) the sidewalk be clear for passage.

Also, report the condition to 311
Both the City and PLCB (State) regulations apply, since the establishment has a liquor license.

Putting your tables in the correct configuration for one day, does not constitute a fixed problem. NO, YOU DO NOT OWN THOSE BRICKS. Pedestrians should not be required to body check your servers in order to navigate a PUBLIC space. Your license allows your tables and chair to be adjacent to your establishment. Do you need me to look up the meaning of the word adjacent for you??
You, Gigi's, and Panini's need to get your act together! Perhaps you would get more business if you'd stop @#$% off us locals!
