Description

There is a mentally ill homeless man living at the back of 917 Marin St, back by the double garage in Lozier Alley. This man has been living there for a few months now and there is a concern for the safety of women and children in the area. The boxing club at 917 Marin has a lot of children that workout there. There are also 2 or three churches in the area, one right across the alley that has children's programs. There are also some kids who live in the apartments across the street. This man is mentally unstable and should not be allowed to camp here.
