Sharraxaadda

For a long time there has been a water leak of some sort in north Charlotte at the corner of Eastfield Rd and Rocky Ford Club Rd. With the start of cold weather, that water is turning into ice on that corner creating treacherous conditions for unsuspecting drivers. As I drove in that area this morning (Jan. 6, 2016) it appeared that someone had had issues with that ice. The leak might be coming from a fire hydrant on that corner, bad drainage, or perhaps an unattended sprinkler system, but it needs immediate attention.
