Thanks! It could possibly be an intermittent problem; as I thought it had been fixed but then it was working wrong the next time I noticed.

This still seems very intermittent! Although at times, the light stays green long enough that many cars can get through the intersection. At other times the light changes before 3 cars can get across; and there can be many cars, in both lanes, lined up ready to cross. So, it's not that the line of cars is so short that the light should only stay on briefly. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for the lights behavior. The light must be watched over a period of time to see the unusual (apparently random) timing.

The loops for North Bound Tuolumne St. were dug up when there was a water main break, I have temporarily set the timing for 35 seconds for that direction. This is called fixed timing, we are currently seeking bids to get this intersection back in full operation. Thank you for your patience.
