Speeding seems to be a serious issue in our neighborhood but I agree that there is a particular problem in front of Romeo's. Not only are there lots of pedestrians, but people tend to treat that section of Orange St. like a parking lot, making illegal u-turns, etc... I'm not sure why we East Rockers can't seem to slow down and be patient, but it's getting to be an issue. I, for one, would like to see more speed control devices and signage on Orange Street, Clark Street (bar patrons and cut-throughs are a real issue) and other nearby streets. How can we get this going?
