Issues with Etrackit
(1) When an issue is closed, we get a link to search on Etrackit. Surely it would be better if the link included the issue id, even if it meant waiting another day.
(2) Searching etrackit is difficult, as we often only have an approximate address. If the system had the ability to sort by date, so the most recent items on a given street came first, that would help greatly.
