You act of courtesy becomes an ACT OF AGGRAVATION for EVERYONE behind you on Rte. 23. Drivers on Valley Park Rd., FIND ANOTHER WAY - use the stoplight intersection at Country Club Rd. It's against the law to slow down and prevent egress on a state road to allow some guy to merge at an inconvenient intersection!!
