The speed bumps are 100 yards apart, unless they are driving nascars just how fast can they go in that short of space!?!?!?!? I drive that way everyday and don't see this at all.

I do! I definitely don't observe speed limits on highways because it's a good way to get yourself killed (with everyone else zipping around you at 70+), but I respect that Keebler is a residential street and I drive the speed limit.
