Descrição
Yes...a black bear in the City of Kingston, roaming Linderman Avenue. A neighbor called the police, told him that until it becomes a "hazard" that they won't do anything. Then he called the DEC and they said due to budgetary cuts that they can't do anything until they get enough phone calls from neighbors. What needs to happen for someone to do something? It's a small bear but he's in danger of being hit and kids and small pets need to be monitored.

Basically our neighborhood has copious amount of woods around us which is a natural environment for him....let's see wildman, if your 3-year-old is running around on the edge of the woods squealing and the bear pops his head up and looks down at him lets see how tolerant you'd be for letting him roam in YOUR neighborhood.
