Hamden has very serious tax issues. Issues with property taxes and home devaluation's. This SeeClickFix must be costing Hamden a few tax dollars, tax dollars they can't afford. You have no smoking zones around town and now you have this service that "blows smoke". Please, save some money and dump this service. Thank you for the opportunity to respond.
