Ending a lane by turning into a dedicated left turn is making this a frustrating and dangerous stretch. You also have people turning left into the bank along with people turning onto the road from 2-3 side streets within a block. Near accidents are almost a daily occurrence and the traffic jam are completely unnecessary.
