Entire 5th street a dumping ground and no one agency seems to care about this blight! From Lemon street all the way down to Solano Avenue needs to be picked up! Both sides of the street. Note: This will be worse after Christmas and New Years. Finds some prisoners willing to work off some time or pay some homeless folks to clean up area! South Vallejo should count too!
