During the heavy rain a couple weeks ago, we suspect water was leaking into our home due to this deteriorating city drain/pipe or water access cover. Could you please send someone to inspect this and, at the very least, seal the cover so water does not enter during a storm? Thank you.

Thank you. Please also take a look at the adjacent section that appears to have been patched. It looks like this is an area that may result in damage as well and, if it could be repaired, we'd really appreciate it.
