This place closed 6 months ago and looks horrible, green grass would be better, this place is a dump. Just a matter of time before more crime is attacted to this corner.

What a dump. I can't believe someone was able to open a sweepstakes parlor there. The city needs to step in and tear down this eyesore. Or at least have the owner bring the site up to code. They could start by having them empty those 2 trash bins in the front and cut the grass.
