Someone placed a tent on the Winchester side of this abandoned property! There are folks going in and out. Last year the homeless set up here and was using a huge BBQ pit to burn wood or whatever to keep themselves warm. Almost caused an out of control fire a few times! They need to be moved from this location ASAP.
