Camper has been parked in neighborhood cul de sac for months between 46 St. and 47th St.
Beige camper with multiple people living in it violating Covid19 rules, not to mention that they are illegally dumping their urine, and human waste in the neighborhood. Also, they’re tapping into electricity from pole. Campers not moving violating parking restrictions, this camper has to go it is a major hazard to the neighborhood.

Berkeleyside March 1st 2019 "The Berkeley City Council voted Thursday to enforce a prohibition on parking from 2-5 a.m., while developing a permitting system exempting some RVs for two weeks each year. The homeless in Berkeley living in SHELTERS take precedence over the homeless living on sidewalks/streets in Oakland.
Berkeleyside April 14th 2020 “At least 13 people staying in the Dwight Way Center homeless shelter in Berkeley were moved today into the Radisson Hotel on Edes Avenue near the Oakland airport, one of the Oakland hotels the state has rented to protect people from contracting COVID-19.
Residents of three other homeless shelters in Berkeley will be screened soon with the intent of moving people Wednesday or Thursday, according to an email City Manager Dee Williams-Ridley sent to Berkeley officials.
