This is nothing new. The property owner is not being held accountable for their property and could care less. The city has lost control, never had any control anyway, just look around this pathetic town! Garbage everywhere, parking lots full of homeless encampments followed up by mounds of garbage and filth! City has totally dropped the ball. The old food 4less parking lot looks like a mini city. Broken down vehicles, garbage, filth and once again the city doesnt enforce the law on the property owner to keep up their property.

........and the Mayor has just now noticed!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Talk about turning a blind eye!
