School children crossing Duncan Avenue on Hudson are not seen either. This is another potential tragedy that needs to be avoided.
The residents of Duncan Ave. have submitted a petition to the Village Board and the Mayor with over twenty signatures. So far nothing has been done to correct the problem.

Frankly, I can't believe more accidents haven't happened with traffic coming from four different streets sometimes all at once. Then, one has to just pull out of Duncan Ave. and "hope for the best". This is unnerving with a toddler/baby in the car I must say! And when you look to the right there seems to ALWAYS be a large truck/SUV parked in the last parking spot. People! Hello, can you not park your big SUV's in the last spot next to Duncan Ave on Hudson St. PLEASE! We can't see to pull out! I hope this gets remedied someday. Many of us have been working on this for a few years now with no luck.
