Shereda is certainly somebody who gets things done AND/OR call Code Enforcement (510) 238-3381
to report this kind of blight. Have the exact address available. An inspector will be sent. The property owner will receive a notice. Be sure to call back in a month (approx.) to do follow-up.
Just heard from Libby Schaaf's office that a judge has ordered the city to clean up the property since the owners are non-responsive. We should see improvements within a few weeks.
