Opis
Snow plows have to go around the car. The owners move it during the day, but park at times at the end of two houses' drive ways limiting homeowners from being able to back out of their driveways. Car is left on the road during restricted hours and non parking areas. Black Pontiac Grand Prix/Am, I believe.
