Well, that was just a simple low cost landscaping issue 10 yrs ago. Plant a bunch of low groundcover next to the sidewalk to prevent erosion when it rains. Wouldn't have taken an expert to see that. Now you have a multi million dollar serious engineering issue, to shore up sidewalk, and prevent eventual street deterioration also. It's comical, but sad.......the amout of poor judgement, lack of foresight, little accountability, incoherent witnessed in
