    Both sidewalks under the freeway are impassable for pedestrians because people's possessions and waste are blocking them. On the north side, even the shoulder is impassable. I'm not asking you to evict people who have nowhere else to go, but could you please consolidate their possessions so that one side of the sidewalk can be used safely by pedestrians without walking into traffic?

    The west end of Carson Street does not have a sidewalk on either either side. This street is used for families to walk their kids to school, people walking, dogs, etc. It’s dangerous and the ground is uneven and at times you have to walk in the street. There is lots of traffic on this street as it is somewhat of a main thoroughfare into the neighborhood coming off of 13. It would be really valuable to everyone in this neighborhood if this part of Carson would have a sidewalk from the top of the hill to the bottom of the hill where it meets Fair (where the sidewalk starts again).
