All garbage can were out on the correct day RYLAND emptied some of the garbage can and left 2 full and they also left garbage all on the ground which I picked up this is not the first, second, or third time this have happened….

The green trash cans has been there for 3 weeks full with trash now we have the red ones and now it look horrible with all those trash cans sitting up there full of trash

2 garbage cans are still on the curve full of trash we also haven’t gotten a New ryland garbage can
