When I moved back to this area in '91 I was floored how the bike riders in Ann Arbor take over the sidewalks, living in Milwaukee Wisconsin (15 year) where if one rides their bike on the streets they get ticketed. It's absurd.

Going another route in Washtenaw County it is a ticketable offense to park's one's car across a sidewalk. If they'd enforce such the police would have a heyday in the Gualt Village area. Just tired of walking around illegal parked cars when out for a stroll.
