It’s almost a year with numerous complains. Do something now. There are still numerous broken cars lining old river drive from meadows drive to auburn st. Do something now Vallejo city officials. -

I recall this car had a current license plate.... but appears it was switched, now has expired 2010 tags. I witnessed someone appearing to be shooting up in this car a few weeks ago.
