So basically we have to pay to fix them so they can fix them? Sounds redundant to me. We paid a lot for our home. A road.that won't destroy the cars of ppl trying to get to it should be included. It is a safety hazzard, and my plot does not include the road. You think someone will be compelled to.fix it when there is a terrible accident or someone gets hurt? Private citizens should not have to pay for public roadways. That's why we pay these ridiculousroadways. That's why we pay these ridiculous taxes. Like I said, my survey didn't include any of the roads when we moved here. They can tear down all my trees to plant a bunch of grass for some other development, but they can't manage to repair the gigantic sink hole at the end of my road. Sometimes you just have to put your foot down. I need names and numbers, then a couple well-placed calls to the media. Our rights are being inflicted upon. I have never heard such run around nonsense on my life. I do not have the money for, nor do I intend to pay for a road that was in good condition when we moved in.

So who's responsible for the lack of stop signs? Shall I fashion some with cardboard, markers and broomsticks so they will feel compelled to do something about that, or are we just going to wait till a child gets run over at the bus stops, both of which have no stop signs. How do we contact the developer? I would like to get all the info from the various ppl we are dealing with, take pics and videos and get signatures from every citizen in this neighborhood and present it to every media group I can find. They need to be held accountable. Otherwise we should tear down the Rocky Rigde pillars and replace them with blinking hazard barrels. You think the DOT will provide those?
