  He now has a bbq and a large garbage can in the wetlands area under the tree. He moved to Delta Meadows Park twice and now back here. He's in the way of the bike lane construction. Please remove him and not to the park.

  they were gone and returned. they are blocking the sidewalk with water jugs and they may be eliminating waste into the marshland which affects the wildlife. there is also a second motorhome encamping as well. If VPD has told them to move they are making a mockery of the city law.
  why isn't the city towing away these vehicles or put up signs no overnight parking.
